2.When Can I Give Booking Request?

Tickets are subject to availability (Please book before 2hrs for confirmation). We also accept Advance booking Request.

Morning Show Booking's Will Closed Before 09:00 AM

Afternoon Show Booking's Will Closed Before 12:00 PM

First Show Booking's Will Closed Before 04:00 PM

Night Show Booking's Will Closed Before 07:00 PM

3.How am I benefitted?

By joining YTICKETS Cashless Cinema as a member you can see one film a day free. .

4. What are the terms and conditions?

BY becoming our subscriber you watch one film per day at any theatre of your choice in your locality free of cost. Each member can watch unlimited films at theatres however one film can be watched only once. .

5. Is my ticket transferable to my friends or family members?

The subscription is non transferable. The YTICKETS Vending machine has a face recognition system and only the user will be able to operate it. .

6. Can I watch the same film continuously, it’s my favorite hero’s film?

No film can be watched twice and as a member only one film can be watched per day and only once each film can be used.

7. By becoming a member, am I contributing to a social cause?

Yes by becoming a member you are becoming a crusader against video piracy as you are watching all films in theatres

8. I cannot go to theatres and book my ticket, what is the alternative?

We have a customer support centre where you could register your request and your tickets would be booked subject to availability and you could collect it at theatres box office after showing your membership card.

9. In case I have a problem and unable to book tickets at the theatre?

We have customer support team that will handle your query round the clock and solve it immediately.

10. How do I renew my subscription?

Our customer support team will call you prior to the due date and you could renew it following their instructions. Or you could log on to www.yticket.com and renew your subscription as well

11. What are my other benefits as a professional?

Since you are a part of a big network in your city you could do b2c promotions at a cost with the network. Contact the advertisement department for more details.

12. What are the types of memberships offered?

Right now we have three plans for individuals, couples or for families (four members). We propose to introduce more customized plans based on your feedback.
